S/Y Inukshuk

S/Y Inukshuk is a 32.64 carbon sloop built at Baltic Yachts in 2013. Designed by Naval Architect German Frers.

She has a 42.50m carbon mast from Southern Spars and ecsix continuous carbon rigging.

Inukshuk was a challenging project that took us back to Jakobstad Finland to work one more time at Baltic Yachts. We enjoyed every minute of the new project. Especially working along side her competent and fun crew!

We have had the opportunity to go and work on her mast a few times again, once in Antigua W.l. and one more time in Newport RI. We enjoyed both times to the max even though we were working non stop. It is always a pleasure to see her lovely crew and captain (Awesome) Jamie Connelly, with whom we have had great laughs! Had one of the best ever sail trials with him... it was amazing to be able to drive such beautiful yacht, she performed just stunningly. Andy was LOVING driving for a long time, we don't get to do this much, and THEN!!! Super captain Awesome gave me the wheel to actually park the boat at the yard!!! now THAT made my day!!! Any way... great sail trials.. and since all has gone so well. unfortunately we have not seen them again. Hope they will need a rig check soon so we can have the excuse to come see them.
